Cody Reimer founded Modern Dimensions Design in 2010. His passion for building design started at an early age and with his education in structural engineering design at SAIT it was a recipe for a powerhouse in the industry. Over 14 years in the Building Design and Engineering industry, Cody has succeeded to the top of some of the largest Engineering firms in Canada. When the creation of Modern Dimensions began the spark of his entrepreneurship, he knew that founding a Building Design and Development Firm was what he was born to do. When Cody’s not working, he loves being with his red-hot, smoking wife and two girls

Throughout Branden’s entire life, he has been fascinated with buildings and structures. It was this fascination which led him to a bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering at the University of Alberta, which he graduated from in 2007. Plucked from university, he began his career in the oil and gas sector as a structural engineer designing large scale structures for major projects. His desire to continually improve his knowledge database led him to learning every aspect about buildings, from building code requirements to servicing details, and eventually this hard work led him to the principal engineering chair and part owner at Modern Dimensions, where he continues to strive to help design our clients the building of their dreams.

Marko is Modern Dimensions Design’s senior project professional engineer with over 10 years of structural and civil engineering experience in varying construction industries, including agricultural, commercial, mining, and oil and gas. He is driven by his proven analytical and technical experience in structural and civil engineering for successful delivery of safe, practical, and economical designs. Marko’s current responsibilities include the development and oversight of technical documents, including structural calculations, specifications, scopes of work, and engineering drawings. He holds a high standard for quality and public safety. He focuses on completing detailed designs that are safe and economical, that will minimize unforeseen impacts to construction.

Evan graduated from S.A.I.T from the Architectural technology program in the summer of 2018, and has since then been working for Modern Dimensions.  Evan’s focus lies in building design, as well as mechanical and electrical design, and his technical mindset also lends itself to BIM developments within Modern Dimensions. He strives to learn something new from day-to-day, and to create projects that inspire.

Matthew graduated from Briercrest College in 2019 with a Bachelors degree in Humanities and from S.A.I.T’s Architectural Technologies program in the summer of 2022. Matthew’s background in the arts drives his passion for design and how individuals connect with the built environment. He seeks to use design to create the best outcome for the client and their needs. When Matthew’s not at work, he can usually be found at the dog park with his wife, son and little dog, Louie.

Anthony graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering where he received the Sir Casimir Stanislaus Gzowski Medal for Excellence in Communication. He has a combined 7 years of experience in detailed structural engineering, project management and sales. His portfolio includes projects spanning 5 provinces, including mega-projects in the energy and chemicals industry, high-rise residential construction projects, and full-scale commercial development projects. His exceptional communication skills and rich project experience are key to achieving clients’ budget, schedule and quality needs.

Matt graduated from Okanagan College with a Bachelor of Business Administration and majoring in management. Matt grew up in a construction family and is intimately familiar with who our client base is and what they value; this makes him passionate about creating a strong connection between Modern Dimensions and its customers. When he is not at the office or out on the town, you might be able to find him at the nearest climbing gym or relaxing somewhere reading a book.
